The Approach

Gradient - IPIL curriculum has been developed by scanning the prominent global opinions meticulously to evolve a simple , realistic, age appropriate and balanced curriculum.
It is largely inspired by the best of the methodologies

  • Multiple Intelligence approach by Howard Gardner
  • Montessori Method by Maria Montessori
  • Thematic and Project Approach by John Dewey
  • Reggio Emilia Approach
  • Play way method by Friedrich Frobel

Our program focuses on developing the child's personality by providing rich environment blended with age appropriate activities that weave the attractive teaching and learning aid skilfully to foster holistic ‘EPICS’ development. 'EPICS' signify the developmental saga of a child as he / she ascends the ladder of developmental milestones towards holistic development. ‘EPICS’ constitutes the Emotional Development, Physical Development, Intellectual Development, Creative Development and Social Development.
